How can we help?

Search the Help Center, or choose a topic below. If you would rather speak to a person, that is always an option.

Search is being connected to the Help Center index. In the meantime, browse the topics below or contact support directly.

Most questions have the same answer regardless of who asks them, so we publish those openly. The topics below cover account opening, money movement, verification, platforms, orders, security, and cost. Anything specific to your account belongs with our support team, who can see the detail this page cannot.

Account & Onboarding

A valid government-issued photo ID, a recent proof of address, and basic details about your financial situation and trading experience. The experience questions are a regulatory requirement, not a sales exercise, they determine which products you can be offered.

Most applications are reviewed within one to two business days once all documents are legible and current. Applications stall most often for one reason: a document that is expired, cropped, or too low-resolution to read.

Yes, subject to review. Clients commonly hold separate accounts for different strategies or base currencies. Each account is verified against the same identity and is subject to the same terms.

The base currency is set at opening because it determines how every position is converted and reported. Changing it usually means opening a new account and transferring the balance rather than converting in place.

Close any open positions, withdraw the remaining balance to your verified source of funds, then send a closure request in writing. We retain your records for the period required by law, after which they are deleted under our data-retention policy.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Bank transfer and major card payments are the standard methods, with the exact list depending on your country of residence. All methods must be held in your own name, third-party funding cannot be accepted under anti-money-laundering rules. [Full method list to be confirmed.]

Requests are processed on business days once your account is fully verified. Card refunds typically settle in a few business days, bank transfers depend on the receiving bank and any intermediary. The processing time on our side and the settlement time at your bank are two separate things.

Anti-money-laundering rules require that money returns by the route it arrived and to an account in your name. If you deposited by card, the refund goes back to that card first, up to the amount deposited; any surplus is sent by bank transfer.

Minimums vary by account type and payment method, and are shown before you confirm a transaction. [Minimum amounts to be confirmed.]

The usual causes are incomplete verification, a pending document, an open position consuming the margin you are trying to withdraw, or a routine compliance check. Support will tell you which of these applies rather than leaving the request silent.

Verification (KYC)

A current passport, national identity card, or driving licence, photographed in full colour with all four corners visible and nothing obscured. The document must be unexpired and the photograph and details must be legible.

A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address. Mobile phone bills and documents showing a PO box are generally not accepted.

Almost always for a mechanical reason: an expired date, a cropped edge, glare across the details, a screenshot instead of a photograph, or a name that does not match the application. We state the specific reason so you do not have to guess on the second attempt.

Regulators require firms to assess whether leveraged products are appropriate for a client before offering them. The answers determine what you can access, they are an assessment, not a formality.

Periodically, and sooner if your details change or a document expires. This is a standard ongoing obligation for regulated firms, not a sign that anything is wrong with your account.

Platforms & MT5

Only from the download links in your ENARA account area or from MetaQuotes' own official channels. Third-party download sites are a common vector for tampered builds, if a link did not come from us or from MetaQuotes, do not use it.

The server name is issued with your trading credentials when the account is created, and it is not the same as your website login. If the list is empty, type the server name exactly as issued rather than selecting from a cached list.

Reset it from your account area, not from within the terminal. Note that MT5 issues two passwords: a master password with full trading rights and an investor password that grants read-only viewing. Only ever share the investor one.

Yes. The same credentials work across the desktop terminal, the web terminal, and the mobile apps, and positions stay in sync because they live on the server, not on the device. Chart layouts and indicator templates are stored locally, so those do not transfer automatically.

MT5 charts are drawn in server time, not your local time. This is why a daily candle may appear to open at an unfamiliar hour, the candle is correct, the reference clock is simply not yours.

Trading & Orders

5

A market order executes immediately at the best price currently available, certainty of execution, no certainty of price. A limit order executes only at your specified price or better, certainty of price, no certainty of execution. Which one is right depends on whether getting in matters more than the level you get in at.

A standard stop-loss becomes an order to exit once your level trades; it does not reserve that price. If the market gaps over the level, common after news or at a weekend open, the fill happens at the next available price, which can be materially worse. This is called slippage.

Open the position, choose to close it, and enter a smaller volume than the full size. The remainder stays open with its original opening price, and any attached stop or take-profit continues to apply to the remaining volume.

They remain open. The daily break is a short pause in quoting, not a close-out, though it is the point at which overnight financing is applied to leveraged positions. Pending orders sit inactive until quoting resumes.

Balance and free margin are different. Existing positions reserve margin, unrealised losses reduce your equity, and the margin required for a new position is calculated on its full exposure, not on your deposit. Check free margin rather than balance.

Security

4

In the security settings of your account area. We recommend an authenticator app over SMS, because SMS codes can be intercepted through SIM-swap attacks. Store your recovery codes somewhere offline.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, stored with access restricted to staff who need it for a defined purpose, and retained only as long as regulation requires. Our Privacy Policy sets out the full detail, including your rights over your data.

We will never ask for your password, your card PIN, or a two-factor code, not by email, not by phone, not in chat. Treat urgency as the warning sign: messages pressing you to act immediately, or offering guaranteed returns, are the standard pattern. Check the sending domain, and when in doubt open the site yourself rather than following a link.

Change your password immediately, revoke active sessions, and contact support the same day. If you can, keep the suspicious message or screenshot, it helps establish what happened and how.

Fees

5

Opening an account carries no charge. Where an inactivity or maintenance charge applies to dormant accounts, it is stated in the fee schedule before you sign, never introduced afterwards. [Account fees to be confirmed.]

The spread is the difference between the buy and sell price, and you pay it at the moment the position opens, which is why a new position typically shows a small loss immediately. It is not a separate deduction; it is built into the price.

When a leveraged position is still open at the daily rollover. It reflects the financing cost of the exposure you are borrowing, is applied for each night held, and is typically charged at triple weight on one day of the week to account for the weekend. It can be a credit rather than a debit in some cases, depending on the instrument and direction.

When you trade an instrument denominated in a currency other than your account currency, any profit, loss, or charge is converted at the prevailing rate, and a conversion margin may apply. [Conversion rates to be confirmed.]

The order ticket shows the spread and any commission before you confirm, and the account history itemises commission and overnight financing per position afterwards. Our Fees page sets out the structure in full.

Published articles cover the general case. For anything tied to your own account, a pending withdrawal, a rejected document, an order that behaved unexpectedly, our support team can look at the specifics and tell you exactly what happened.

Questions

Answered plainly.

No. Every article is public. You only need an account for questions that require us to look at your own records.

Articles are reviewed whenever a policy, fee, or platform behaviour changes. Where a detail is still being finalised, we label it as such rather than publishing a number we cannot stand behind.

Contact the support team directly. Questions that come up repeatedly are turned into published articles, so asking helps the next person too.

No. Our team can explain how the platform, fees, and processes work, but they cannot recommend instruments or strategies. Nothing we publish is investment advice.
